Revitalizing Nishitani Elementary School
Tajima Brewery was founded in 2008 and established inside of Nishitani Elementary School – a closed school. Our brewery has a strong passion and commitment to craftsmanship. We are not just a vinegar brewing company, but a member of the community. We value communication with our customers and locals by hearing their voices, hosting tasting events, and providing our products to local restaurants. We hope that many of our customers enjoy our products and that we can continue cooperating and working closely with everyone in our community.
